PAUL S. BELL represents defendants in most areas of tort litigation. A large part of his practice is devoted to the defense of personal injury lawsuits involving automobile and trucking accidents, product liability cases and premises liability. Mr. Bell also maintains an active practice in the area of worker’s compensation.
Mr. Bell attended Birmingham- Southern College before going on to study law at the University of Alabama School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Bell worked for Mountain & Mountain representing Plaintiff’s in a variety of civil cases including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, medical and professional malpractice, and products liability.
Mr. Bell resides in Homewood with his wife, Dr. Brooke Bell, an anesthesiology fellow at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and their daughter. The Bells are active members of First Church Downtown Birmingham. Mr. Bell is the Class Parent for Safari Room at the Early Learning Center and a Member of the Board of the Early Learning Center at First Church.
In his free time, Mr. Bell enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, and college football.
Mr. Bell graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a degree in Psychology in 2005. He then graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2013.
