PAUL A. MILLER represents defendants in most areas of tort litigation. A large part of his practice is devoted to the defense of personal injury lawsuits involving automobile and trucking accidents, product liability cases and premises liability. Mr. Miller further represents numerous insurance companies in litigation involving bad faith and fraud. Mr. Miller also maintains an active practice in the area of worker’s compensation. Mr. Miller is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbard and has tried over 300 jury trials to verdict throughout all counties in the State.

Mr. Miller has served on numerous committees of the Birmingham Bar Associations and is a member of the Alabama and American Bar Associations. He also maintains membership in the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and Defense Research Institute.

Mr. Miller attended the University of Alabama, receiving his undergraduate degree in 1979. Mr. Miller is a 1984 graduate of the Cumberland School of Law.

In his free time, Mr. Miller enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and golfing.
